July 9th ... a perfect day to add highlights to my dark brown hair! Of course!!! Okay, I really am happy about it and don't know why this picture looks like I'm talking. Out of frame is my finger pointing to my hair, but that's what happens when you take pictures of yourself. HA! I have to say that blond highlights makes me look like I have more tanned skin that I really do, which is an unexpected bonus. I still don't recognize myself in a mirror, but it's fun and it's different.
I'm also going to add a second photo that shows the highlights better, but it's not a very interesting image because it's, well, it's just hair. Do you know how difficult it is to take a picture of the back of your own head?! Pretty damn difficult, actually.

This is actually closer to the color that I associate with you! I liked the dark, but I always imagine you with red or w/ highlights... isn't that funny?
