What's a girl to do on her 37th birthday?! How about a parade?! Okay so the parade was not in my honor, but I did carry flowers and balloons (from the Rhody Royalty) while I walked the route in the Rhododendron Festival Grand Parade on May 19th. I took this cute picture of Becca and I at the Wiles' annual Rhody BBQ afterwards.

My Brazilian host-sister, Carla, came to the BBQ as well. She turned 18 on the 15th (and celebrated with 4 or 5 different occasions!) So, below is a cazy picture of the two of us in tiaras...

All in all, another great year for me. I'll admit I keep myself a bit too busy, but I stay out of trouble (for the most part) this way. I don't know what to do with myself when I do find a little extra time on my hands. I need to work on that. I believe life is for living and I'm out to make a difference in this great world we live in and have fun doing it!
